IP/device verification emails are enabled by default for all customers, and can be disabled in your online account settings if they become troublesome. You may also use a different email address than your login email for these communications, labeled "security email" in your online account settings.
Verifying an IP address once does not permanently allow that IP access. Once you have completed email verification from a device, that device remains verified for up to 60 days. You can have up to 25 verified devices maximum; the device with the longest trust period will prompt you for email verification once again when you accessLastPassfrom it.
