Shared folder items show as corrupted in vault and cannot see items correctly.

Question

Anyone else constantly having this issue when adding users to shared folders? Does not matter if it is through a group or added manually to a shared folder. Even after sharing keys are cleared multiple times, user is deleted entirely out of LastPass and activated again. Been an on-going issue since May and support has no real fix it seems.

Their fix is to remove the user from all groups, have them clear the sharing keys (on their on time) have the user clear cookies and cache, then log back in. But it works 1/10 times. We are unable to use this product!
