Mobile Device making me verify linked personal account multiple times a day. Basically unusable

I have had LastPass for over a year. Recently on my Galaxy S25 it started having this issue. I have a business account from my company, and a linked personal account. My personal account passwords continue to not show up for autofill. This happens multiple times a day and I've found it's because my personal account becomes unlinked. I have to go into settings -> account -> verify linked personal account and type in my master password. I've tried clearing all app data and the app cache without any luck. The app is relatively useless on my phone if it keeps making me reverify my password as frequently as it does. Has anyone else had this issue?

I spoke to Hector at LastPass support this morning, and he confirmed that this issue had been resolved by their dev team. He had me uninstall and reinstall LastPass app on the phone. The version number did not change for me (6.44.0.20450), but the problem does seem to be resolved. I signed in to my work vault w/SSO, linked my personal vault, closed the app and the link stayed. Rebooted the phone and the link stayed. He said his app version on Android was 6.45.something FYI, but in either case, it appears this might be resolved now.

It sounds incredibly frustrating to have your linked personal account disconnecting multiple times a day — that definitely shouldn’t be happening.

A few things you can try that often help with this specific issue on Android:

Reinstall, but in this order:

Uninstall LastPass
Restart your phone
Reinstall
Log into business account first
Then verify link personal account

This sequence helps refresh tokens cleanly. If assistance is still needed, let us know.

I have the same issue on Adroid with Lastpass 6.42.0.19646

Every time the app is terminated it requires to verify the linked account in order to access the personal items.

On the PC and chrome browser everything works ok and the account stays linked.

Same issue as well. I've had this happen once before and I had to wipe every device of lastpass and install them all over again. Hoping LP can figure out the root cause and fix it.

Jumping in just to say this has been happening to me as well, for weeks now. I've checked every setting but to no use. Every time I close the app, I need to verify the account again. It's making me want to switch to a different service despite having the Enterprise account.

Same exact issue on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra for the past couple weeks and same troubleshooting steps performed. Did LP support resolve the issue for you? Please share as this may be affecting many LP users.

We believe we've identified this issue, pertaining to those with linked personal accounts AND using 2-factor authentication on mobile devices. We'll do our best to remedy this behavior as soon as possible.

Adding that I have the same issue on a Google Pixel 9 phone, this started happening about a month ago. LastPass support suggested disabling Federated login on my company vault, which is not an option. My workaround on the phone has been to log in to my personal vault only, which is 80% of the password I need on the phone, but when I do need a work password, it is a problem. Looking forward to a fix to this issue from LastPass please.
