Is Lastpass going away? I'm seeing ads from competitors claiming that LastPass is gone/going away and I can't find any sort of announcements or hints of anything supporting that view.

Does anyone have any insight on what's behind these claims? Is it BS?

Since the referral program went away, it makes sense that consumers fear that LastPass may be going away.  Why would a referral program get terminated?

LastPass is not going anywhere.  We continue to develop new advancements in data security for personal and business use.

If there were any major company changes you would be notified by LastPass itself via in-product announcement or email notification from lastpass.com.
