Have you been able to troubleshoot the password entry through an alternate web browser or different device?
Can you share a screen capture of what you do see at the one-time-password entry?
Are you sure you've entered the correct OTP from the list?
** I looked up your own login for LastPass and did not see any OTPs set up.
If your problem persists, please utilize the Customer Support portal to request a callback from our specialists.
I have tried using a different browser and other members of my team have tried on their own devices, but it's still not working.
That looks like an entry in your Vault.
Are you attempting to enter a OTP for another site login, or are you trying to generate OTPs for LastPass itself?
In the case of the latter:
1.. Log in toLastPassand access your vault by doing either of the following:
2.. SelectAdvanced Options>Manage one-time passwordsin the left navigation menu.
3.. If it's your first time generating an OTP, SelectGenerate a one-time password.
This is the issue, when me or anyone from my team attempts to type into the 'one-time passcode' box or paste the OTP it won't allow us to, but we're able to type in all other boxes.
No, I'm trying to enter a OTP for another site login so we no longer need to use 2 factor authentication from our phones.
I'm sorry, this functionality may be limited based upon your subscription type. Currently, temporary one-time-passcodes for specific items in your vault is restricted to LastPass Teams and Business accounts. The instructions are fully outlined within this support article.
Hey! I am trying to setup the same thing (OTP for other sites eg., Mailchimp, Google, Shopify, etc.). Did you end up figuring out how to do this? I'm struggling to find an answer!
