Can't edit an item using the iOS app on my laptop

If I try to change any details I get the message:

ERROR:Make sure you have the latest version of LastPass and try again. If the problem persists, make sure the source vault has been enhanced for privacy.

I have the latest version. And I have no idea what "enhance the vault for privacy" entails.

Oh, and it also says that I am a "Free User" when I am paying a subscription.

Anyone have a solution? Cheers.

Welcome to the community!

The LastPass app is only for mobile devices the Mac OS system use the LastPass for Safari extension. Maybe what you are trying to use is the app which was deprecated.
