If the LastPass Authenticator app is not working correctly, I would encourage you to disable it on your account, uninstall the app and then install it again. After that set it up one more time.

When setting up LastPass Premium on a new iPhone, the app requests a code from the LastPass Authenticator for two-factor authentication (2FA). This code is a time-based one-time password (TOTP) generated by the Authenticator app linked to your account. To regain access, open LastPass Authenticator on your old iPhone, retrieve the current code, and enter it on the new device. If unavailable, use backup codes or disable 2FA temporarily via your LastPass account settings. Always keep backup methods to avoid lockout during device changes.
