I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. This is most likely being caused by the password manager from your browser. If you have stored your master password in your browser, please delete it and all other passwords stored for lastpass.com and the issue should stop.
This should be done in the browser's in-built password manager, not on your lastpass vault.
