If you did enter the correct password from a new device, or an IP address that needs to be confirmed, then the fastest resolution would be to reset the email account's password, and then confirm the emailed link from LastPass.
If you cannot do this, then you will need to reach Customer Support directly. If you cannot log into the support portal, then you may need to create a new account under an email you can access, before creating a new case and confirming your ID via emailed security questions.
