If you're subscribed through a mobile app store, then you may need to cancel through there.
If you're subscribed through lastpass.com then you may disable your automatic renewal by logging directly into your account to adjust those preferences.
If you have an offline / business agreement with LastPass, then you will need to contact our support group directly to request cancellation.
