After years of using it, I am getting ready to throw away LastPass. I have been unable to get "human" assistance. They won't give me credit for the Premium account I paid for via the Apple App Store toward buying a Family Account, and they won't tell me for certain even if I do buy Family how and whether I can just fork lift all the 200 plus unique passwords I have stored to the family account. This is just not worth risking everything to try and change accounts without specific, clear instructions from a live person.
