We recently opened a ticket to transfer management of our last pass families account from my father, who passed away last year, to me, and remove his credit card from the payment options. My account does say that I am a Families Manager (screenshot below), but I am currently unable to update the payment methods and resubscribe to families. When I click the link to update the payment method I get a screen telling me that I don't have permission to make this purchase, and a Contact Us link that leads me to this support page (screenshot below).

Additionally when trying to switch to premium from my phone, I get the message to contact the Families Owner, under which is listed my father's account, which should have been replaced with mine (I can't provide a screenshot of this as the app's security features make it so any screenshot is just a black screen).
Is there a way to make me the Owner/Admiitrator of the Families account? Is this a separate function from the account manager?
