CSV export from Excel seen as empty file by LastPass

I want to switch from RoboForm to LastPass.

I have an old RoboForm version that doesn't allow me to export my items to a CSV file.

RoboForm support said to export it to HTML, then open it with Excel and save it as CSV.

When I do that and import it into LastPass the system says the file is empty, even though it's not.

I do have 900+ passwords (don't ask LOL) and saw the message that I should do 200 or less at a time. I tried to edit the CSV down to 150 or so (not sure which lines to remove though), and still get the empty message from a LastPass import, even though it's not an empty file.

Any Ideas?

I am sorry about the difficulties you are having with this process. Can you please move your passwords to our Generic CSV file and then import it using this method?
