LASTPASS TEAMS : Automatic Renewal failed without any reason

Hi,

I have received 3 E-mails with the same request regarding "Update Payment Info".

I have checked CC information and it was correct. To be sure, I have created again the same CC information and since then no more E-Mails nor validated renewal.

Your License has expired - Renew

When I try to renew manually, "You do not have permission to make this purchase from your account"

I have opened a support ticket for you and have asked support to review your account to try an identify the issue with your CC info. It may be worth contacting your CC company to see if they have declined any authorizations.
