LastPass is auto filling an existing/accurate password with my master password so I can't view and copy the correct password. How do I stop this? I am using Chrome Version 121.0.6167.85. Mac OS 13.6.4. I also have the chrome extension installed.

It's probably your browser's password manager. Go to chrome://password-manager/passwords and remove anything related to LastPass.
