I have payed for a premium subriscription 5 days ago, but i'm still free user.

Question

The money was cahrged on my credit card and if i try to upgrade the system the screen tell me i've already activated the subsciption, but it's not true, in my account it result inactive.

It's not a local problem i tryed also installing lastpass in my android device and in another PC. I'm still free user!

No solution, none is working on my case. It'not a billing problem i a tecnical one but i can not access to tecnical support, you take my money from CC it'all you do. two generic answer in 12 day. It's a shame. Refound my money!

I've done what you suggest, please could you escalate my case. I've lost 5 days of subcription, its not a billing case is a techincal issue my subscription probably is not correcctly linked to my username.

If you are not able to solve, please refound.
