How long will my passwords be available after I am dead?

Hi

When I am dead, all my credit cards will be blocked automatically by the bank.Consequently any payments to LastPass will stop.

I have not found any description on how long my passwords in LastPass will be available for my family - either for at trusted person og simply by using the masterpassword stored in an closed envelope.

Can anyone here help me answering that?

Hi @SorenK,

With Emergency Access, your account data will show as a Shared Folder in your emergency access contact's Vault until the account owner logs in to the account and revokes access, there is no time limit or a time frame for that access to expire automatically. Your Vault data is not deleted after a certain amount of time either, if someone is able to log in to your account or access your email they could Delete your account to delete your LastPass account and all of it's stored Vault data.
