I'm unable to reconnect to the app in order to make changes to passwords, etc. Everytime I go to reconnect it has me sign in again. Once I sign in, it again says I need to reconnect and so it goes. I have service/WiFi. Any ideas of how to fix?

The same happened to me. Did all the above steps, and now I can not log in at all on my Samsung Phone. All works well at my desktop computer.
Please advise how to fix this.
