Hello @kranefiqs528,
My name is Henry and I am happy to assist with your inquiry, and appreciate you contacting LastPass Support!
I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. The padlock icon does not represent that the item is locked as it is only a placeholder for when the logo of the site can't be loaded. If you are having issues launching your items, please follow the steps from this article.
Please let me know if this worked or if further assistance is required.
Thank you,
Henry | Customer Care
I’ve tried to follow your instructions to the letter but nothing has changed. Launch will not overide the padlocks. The only way I can get in is by pushing the tiny edit botton underneath each password item. I did discovered that you can get into lastpass via the …tab in the safari browser which is interesting. The problem with opening via the edit command is that it exposes the contents unless you immediately save which is not good.
Any further suggestions would be appreciated though.
Hmmm…I don’t see any indication of the URL when I go to LastPass while in Safari. Sometimes the … label is red, other times white. I push the Vault button and the Lastpass
window opens with these off-putting Pad locks which I can’t get to open. All I can do is
press the e-dit button underneath to open the display entry. the dedign of the whole thing is terribly confusing compared to the old version of LastPasss which I loved and which was clear and function. This is a total mess.
If the URL bar says https, then you're in the web interface. The first thing to check in that case is make sure that the extension is installed and enabled.
