How do I manually add a new site to a folder ? Hard to figure out why this is so hard to find (for me anyway)

Click on the plus sign at bottom right of screen and enter your information in the fields, then click save. There is a folder field and when you click on the field, you should be able to choose the folder where you want to save it.
