I'm afraid we cannot share personal account info via this channel. Please use the support link I referenced to request help from Customer Support's billing team.
I don't need "personal account info". I'm trying to report a technical bug that needs to be fixed. It is impossible to open the form to update the credit card info. There are 2 links, and both open the same form when they should open different forms.

I cannot add a new card!
It looked like there was a special set up on your LastPass account.
Please try logging out, then back into LastPass again and update your billing info.
If this should still fail, we'll want to file a support request through the Contact web form to investigate further.
