I apologize for the URL encryption difficulty.

There are a few options to mitigate in this case:

Clear the browser's cookies & cache, then attempt to complete the URL encryption again.
Use a different browser to complete the URL encryption request
Select the option to dismiss the URL encryption request 3 times to temporarily delay it

Thanks for the information, I finally changed the email on the account and it worked for me.
