I was checking yoru account and the reason why is asking you for an SMS code is because of the LastPass authenticator which is enable in your account. Can you try from your computer to disable LastPass Authenticator MFA and then set up your biometrics again. To disable follow these steps: https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/LastPass_Authenticator_unpair.html&_LANG=enus
