I logon to the usps.gov website (https://reg.usps.com/entreg/LoginAction_input?app=Phoenix&appURL=https://www.usps.com/) with autologin enabled, however only the password field is completed. Refreshing the page provides the same result, however I can click on the LP icon in the uid or pw fields and the uid field will then be filled in.

Could you try deleting the site entry and adding it back using the Save All Entered Data option as described below?
