Can external volunteers share passwords via LastPass to employees with paid licenses?

We have external volunteers that have created social media accounts on our behalf. We need them to submit the username and password to us but they are not employees of the company so do not have LastPass/paid seats on our account. How can they share the password with us in a secure way?

I hope this message finds you well. In this case, if the person who is going to share with you is a free user can use the share an item process. This is a one time share meaning that if there is any changes in the site like username/password you will stop having access. Of course at the moment you accept the item you can access the site and make the changes needed.
