Thank you for the information provided, at the moment, we don't have other reports regarding adding an issue date field to the Driver's license form, however, you can report this through our support site so a case can be requested to be implemented in future LastPass updates, you can contact support here: https://support.lastpass.com/s/contact-us?language=en_US, since the issue date field is not available, you can use the Notes field in the driver's license form to add the data for the issue date, since Notes are alphanumerical, you should have no problems on adding the date there.
