I had to reset my LastPass account because none of the recovery methods were working. I lost all of my shared passwords. The person trying to reshare them with me is unable to.

They've tried unsharing the passwords with me and it will tell them that they've successfully unshared and deletes me off the list of shares. However, when they close the password entry and re-open it, my email is in the list again of people they've shared it with. So, they're unable to share it with me again. Does anyone have any ideas how to help from either end?

Welcome to the LastPass Community.

There may be a caching problem with the shared item or shared folder. In this case I would start by having the problem user clear their LastPass cache manually, as well as refresh all sites. If that doesn't work, then they may need to delete the item itself and start the sharing process over again.
