Problems with password identification and click-throughs

I've been using lastpass free for years. I could always just click on my created item and then go directly to the page where I could log in directly with my saved password. I now have more and more often that when I click on my created item with url and password nothing happens. I thought I'd just copy the URL and the password, but then something really crazy happens. When I click on the eye (show password) my password suddenly changes.

When I click on the eye again, I see my password again very briefly, but then it changes very quickly. I've never had this problem before and it's very, very annoying. Anyone have an idea how this is possible? Maybe it's because of the changes in Free, but I'm not sure that solves it. Who can help me?

The likely cause of the password changing is that LastPass data saved to your browser's password manager or form filler, and that's causing the fields to be overwritten.

Thank you so much! I already thought something like that, but the funny thing is that it works with some saved passwords and not with some. I really have no idea how to prevent this or 'turn it off'. ...
