Lastpass problems

Hello,

I didn’t enter in my last pass password manager for long time. I tried all the possible emails for resetting my password, but the system did not send me anything.

Infact I have created this new account just for writing my problem here

I hope someone can help me

Hi @gurnazl,

I see that the email address previously associated with your LastPass account (ending in @y****.it) was changed to a different email address. Could you make sure that you are logging in with this new email address and checking that new email address as well for the login verification email?

Please try all of the other possible recovery options outlined here:https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass/help/recover-your-lost-master-password-lp020010

Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders as well in case LastPass emails are being sent there.We would also recommend checking your email settings to be sure no LastPass or LogMeIn email addresses are being blocked or are on the blocklist/blacklist. Additionally, please be sure these email addresses are added to your allowlist/whitelist in your email settings:support@lastpass.com,do-not-reply-support@lastpass.com, support-replies@logmein.com and then try recovery again to prompt a new recovery email be sent.

If you've tried all of the other possible recovery options and none work, the last and final option would be to Reset your account and start over with a new empty Vault and new master password:https://lastpass.com/reset_account.php

thanks for your supporting, I have tried some things, included the last choice available (reset the account)

I put my email for having instructions for resetting it, but it did not work again. Infact, every time I tried a service for which lastpass has to send me email, nothing arrived to my inbox. I have checked on spam and blocked account but it does not work.

If I give u my email of last pass, with my data inside, can u delete my account please?
