Update, I tried to change the email on my account and that email came through and I managed to change it. But now when I log in it's saying I have the wrong email address?!

Welcome to the LastPass Community.
I would suggest clearing out the browser cookies, then attempting to log into LastPass again.
In some cases, you may want to test an alternate web browser just in case your primary browser is attempting to autofill the wrong data itself.
