My account was deleted?

I tried to login today and it was telling me that I have mistyped my email. I did an account recovery but no email. I was curious to see if my account still existed and I went to create and new one and BAM my account no longer existed but now all my passwords are gone. How can I retrieve my old passwords? I do not understand why Lastpass would delete my account.

Just to clarify I was able to make a new account with the same email I had previously which confirms Lastpass deleted my account. I still have data stored on my Chrome extension from previous. Is it possible to retrieve passwords that way? I am so frustrated because now I will have to recover all my accounts that was used on LastPass.
