How do I delete an old email address from my account to stop LastPass emailing me there?

Received "Updated Terms of Service" email to both the email address on my LastPass account as well as to an old email address I used some time ago. No ability to contact LastPass Customer Service without a paid plan so no idea how to get the old email address deleted from my account.
