Trying to login to my Lastpass account from my Laptop. I am sure I hold the right password, I am asked to authentify through the Authenticator App (IoS- I also happen to have a new phone same call number). Authenticator prompts a notification. I open the app using fingerprint but it request a 6 digit pin code. What password is this !? I assumed it was the iPhone pin code but it is rejected. I do not know of any other password I could provide. The page on the internet browser requests a code to be sent via SMS . I never did receive any SMS. I clicked on call me but internet specifies the call failed. I'd like to contact assistance but it requests signing in .... which is precisely what I'd like to sort out. This catch 22 situation is a complete nighmare.
