Unlink Account From LastPass Business

I have the same problem as the usermauilisa,

I can't unlink my LastPass Premium account from my business account.

I tried out the trial of LastPass Business but the company decided that they won't use a password manager.

Now I'm stuck with the business admin account, and tried using the 2 Methodes from the community page to unlink the account but no success as the needed options are not listed in my settings. I'm still a premium member but i can't contact support because it says i'm not.

I need help please.

Hello,

Confirming back that support was able to switch my account from Family to Business Teams. Thanks for that contact information. Recommend anyone else having problems to just contact support. They have the tools to switch subscription statuses, refund etc and will get you sorted.

I too am having this issue. I signed up for LastPass Business. Upgraded to Premium and upgraded to 'Families' for Shared Folder features.

I need help getting my account transitioned to Business with unlimited users and shared folder support, which I believe are available on Business by default.

Hi, thanks for the feedback and sorry for the frustration.

If you log in to your LastPass Premium account, you should be able to unlink by following the instructions outlined here:https://support.lastpass.com/help/unlink-your-account-from-within-your-personal-account

Note: Advanced Settings are a little tricky to find. If you open your Account Settings in the left-hand menu, the option 'Show Advanced Settings' is at the bottom of the screen. Once you expand 'Advanced Settings', the option to 'unlink account from LastPass Business' should appear.

thank you for your help, but the option "unlink account from LastPass Business" is nowhere to be found. I expanded the advanced settings in the Account Settings but the option is still not there.

I followed the guide that you linked but I'm still lost. (Even used strg + F to find the option)

@theano847 If you need help upgrading to Business, there may be a conflict with the Premium email address. In this case I suggest you consider the Customer Support callback option for assistance.

@UnlustigerMeks We looked up your Community email address but only found a personal account, with nothing else currently linked. You need to log directly into the Business account, and look under Account Benefits to find this option.
