(Please HELP) MFA disabling and verification problem with sms

I forgot to scan the QR code and activated MFA, then when I wanted to log in to my account, it asked me for a code, and when I said send this code as sms in alternative options, I could not get an sms code in any way. my location is Turkey I am waiting for urgent help I know my master password, I have access to my phone but I can not log in now.
