Since the iOS 18.6.2 update, has anyone had any issues with logging into their LastPass app with their Master Password?

My client's LP credentials are accurate and we tested them on their laptop in several different browers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox - as well as incognito), but they don't work on the iPhone since the update??

It's incredibly strange. I took the phone off WiFi just in case that was related and same deal. Says the credentials aren't correct but they're working everywhere else....

Additionally, LastPass Authenticator is also not working. It doesn't receive push notifications. However, if you have SMS enabled for an MFA option, that does come through and work.

Wanted to let everyone know the issue has been resolved.

It was reinstalled a second time, and it's now fixed. Huzzah!

Hi Alejandra,

Reinstall was already attempted. I matched up the version of the app installation with my own and they are the same version, operating on the same iOS version (18.6.2) as well.

It's very weird. I'm going to try again to have the client log in to their app after reinstalling again, see if it makes a difference.

However, if it doesn't, what do you recommend?

I apologize for the huge inconvenience this is causing you. If the master password works in other devices and browsers I will recommend to uninstall the LastPass application in you iPhone and then reinstalling it. Then try again and verify if the issue persists in the iPhone, also confirm if you are not maybe receiving a verification email.
