I'm having trouble accessing Facebook through shared access in my vault. The credentials appear in my vault, but logging in results in an "incorrect username or password" error.

We've tried clearing cache, using different browsers, and restarting, but nothing has worked. Could this be related to team members not having a premium membership?

Have you already tried removing the shared item from the folder, then re-adding it back again?
