Why isn't a shared item showing up in the other person's account anymore?

Hello! I shared items with someone last year and now they can't see those items in their account. When I try to revoke and give them access again, I get an error message saying that I can't share with more than one person without a premium account. The email address is the same as I entered when I first shared the items with them last year. I'm not sharing with more than 1 person, I'm just trying to get that same person to be able to use the shared items. Can someone please help us with this? Thank you!

I am sorry about the issues you are having with sharing items. Are none of the items visible by the other user or are only some of the ones shared to them? Also, is the same user to who the items were shared or are you trying to share to a second user?
