Can you please try logging in through an alternate web browser, then test the contact flow again?

I attempted to use the link above ... Logged in .. entered a question and the page just sits there. Doesn't provide any response whatsoever? Anyone have other ideas?

Welcome to the LastPass Community!

At the moment LastPass offer support via emails, chat and requesting a call there is no direct line for inbound calls. You can go to this link https://support.lastpass.com/s/contact-us?language=en_US log in, you will see the option to create a call me request and one of our agents will contact you as soon as possible.
