I have to credit card accounts through same company can only add one account when I try to go to website to add additional account it automatically goes to one already saved

Thank you I did unclick the box for autofill but it still autofills when I launch the one I have saved in my vault I have not tried going directly to website to add the second account.

Welcome to the LastPass Support.

I will suggest maybe turning off the automatic autofill and the automatic login on the item so the system will give you the option on choosing the set of credentials to login. If the issue persists maybe you can change the name of the item for example let's say the item is Visa so put it like Visa 1 and Visa 2 for the credentials.
