I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. I have requested for a follow up on the case. However, I see you are asking to revert the Master Password change. As the Master Password was changed less than 30 days ago, you can revert the change by following the steps from this article.

Thanks, Henry. Someone needs to look at my email. I put in it what I think might be the last master password I used. But, not sure. I definitely know the one before that. All is in my email. I need to know if LastPass can assist me to revert the account. I'm in limbo and I need to know whether or not this can be done.
