If you have a specific website you do not want the address filled on, please have a look at the "Never URL" functionality which is documented here: https://support.lastpass.com/s/document-item?bundleId=lastpass&topicId=LastPass/Manage_Never_URLs.html&_LANG=enus
If you generally do not want to be prompted to fill in the Address fields on any website, deleting the address record in the LastPass vault should suffice.
