Finanlly LastPass enhasced the feature to fix the problem. I got email from LastPass to verify the device is mine. After verifying, I'm able to log in. LastPass really has the worst service/support.

Thank you for confirming the fix in this case. Customers who have a security email address will receive those IP address / device verification emails sent there (instead of their LastPass login email).
Should this become problematic (in the case where emails are not being delivered correctly through your email provider), you may disable this security feature by following these instructions.
