I had a LastPass Premium account but turned off autorenewal and deleted the account Aug 29th. A few days ago I got a renewal email saying my account would auto renew on Nov 24th. When I deleted the account in August I got a confirmation email saying my account was permanently deleted and all data purged from system - it appears that was not true and would be in breach of data protection regulations.
I had to create a new account here just to post as it is impossible to contact Support without an active account - I can provide details of the original account if LP support contact me
