I'm trying to link my personal account to my teams account. When I enter in the credentials, nothing happens and nothing is link. I'm wondering if it's because my teams account is no longer active. However, I'm unable to purchase a plan.

While it is possible to link a personal account with a Teams account, if you had ever disputed a contract agreement through your bank instead of requesting billing assistance through LastPass Support, then you would not be able to purchase.
