I can see that you successfully updated your account password a few days ago, which you can still revert to if needed.
In the case of LastPass opening a different account, this could be related to your local cookies or cache, which you can clear within the browser settings. The Premium plan is currently showing as active under your Community email address, which should reflect when you log in through lastpass.com or into the LastPass browser apps.
