Shared Item Received but Nothing Displays in LastPass

I’m having trouble accessing a shared item that was sent to me by Stacy Sherman. I received the notification email, but when I open the item in LastPass, I don’t see any prompt to “accept” the shared item or any content—just a blank or empty view.

We’ve tried resending the item, but the issue persists. Is there something I need to do on my end to accept or view the shared item properly? Any guidance would be appreciated.

Appreciate your time and report, in this case all we can suggest as you have already tried to remove the share item and share again is to try with other items or recreate the item and re share it. If the issues persist I suggest to try the steps on this article: Basic troubleshooting for LastPass.

If after that there's still issues please submit a case to support.
