Reset Account

Question

Hi all,

I want to reset my account as I want to use the same email adress to create a new vault. Due to the fact my Master Password will not accepted anymore and I tried every from the recovery view. My fault was that I have not enabled the option recovery in the settings. And I do not understand why a oneTime Password via SMS and other cases not provided.

Any idea how to reset my account and I can start creating a new vault?
