I had a copy of password but had to roll back c: drive. I have tried Forgot my password. I get the email back but each time it says its expired, even after 1 minute. Please help. email isterry@tcotton.co.za

I am sorry about the issues you are having with your account. Our records show you changed your Master Password a few days ago. The reason why the link returns as expired is because since then, you have not logged into the account and therefore no recovery one time password is generated.

If you are able to remember the new Master Password you should be able to access. If not, you can revert the password change so you can log in with the old password instead.
