I keep getting the check your email for a LP email to verify your device. I get no emails to any email I own. This is SOOOO frustrating that you cant contact anyone at support!
Hi Henry, my email for LP is ****. This email is tied to the one I used to register to GoTo Community which is ****. When our company changed to MS365 years ago they created new usernames for us but connected the two. I had created my LP logon prior to the switch over.
I changed my password using my Android phone thinking that might help my problem. Obviously, it didnt work. Let me know if you require my new password.
I have added the two email addresses to my allowed list and tried to login again but, still did not receive an email from LP. How do I get my device verified?

When you say manager of the business account, what do they have to do to have my IP white listed?
I also want to say I still don't understand where this verification email is being sent. With all the issues for the same topic in the community I would think you would look at your email sending process because it obviously isnt working correctly. I never did get reply asking if the email was being sent to the email of the account or somewhere else.
